4.1. You agree not to use eventability.com.au for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms of Use.

4.2. You will not post or transmit any content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4.3. You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

4.4. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any other systems or networks connected to eventability.com.au.

5.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit to eventability.com.au.

5.3. eventability.com.au reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable.

6.1. eventability.com.au provides armbands as part of its service. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our products, we are not liable for any injury or damage that may result from the use, misuse, or wearing of these armbands.

6.2. By accepting and wearing our armbands, you acknowledge that you are using them at your own risk and agree to release eventability.com.au from any claims arising from their use.

6.3. You agree to use the armbands as intended and follow any provided safety instructions or guidelines. eventability.com.au is not responsible for any incidents resulting from improper use or modification of the armbands.

6.4. eventability.com.au is not responsible for any interactions, communications, meetings, or relationships that develop between users through our platform. Users engage with other users at their own risk, and we strongly encourage everyone to exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with others. You agree to release eventability.com.au from any claims or liability arising from your interactions with other users.

6.5. eventability.com.au is not responsible for any psychological harm, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues that may arise from using our platform, including but not limited to: negative interactions, harassment by other users, or any other negative experiences. Users acknowledge that social interactions can be emotionally challenging and agree to use the platform at their own psychological and emotional risk.

9.1. eventability.com.au may advertise or promote events operated by third parties ("Event Operators"). Users acknowledge and agree that eventability.com.au acts solely as a promotional platform for such events and assumes no responsibility, liability, or duty of care for any events that it advertises but does not directly operate.

9.2. All responsibility for the operation, safety, security, and management of such events lies solely with the respective Event Operators and/or venue owners. Users acknowledge that any participation in such events is strictly between the user and the Event Operator.

9.3. Users hereby release, waive, and discharge eventability.com.au from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by users while participating in or attending any event advertised on our platform but operated by third parties.

9.4. Notwithstanding any marketing, branding, or promotional materials that may refer to events as "Event Ability Events" or similar terminology, users acknowledge and agree that eventability.com.au's role is limited solely to providing marketing services and software platforms to facilitate event operations. The use of such terminology does not imply ownership, operation, or management of these events by eventability.com.au.

9.5. All operational control, management, safety protocols, and legal responsibility for events, including those marketed as "Event Ability Events," remain exclusively with the respective venue owners and/or event operators. Users explicitly acknowledge that eventability.com.au's involvement is limited to marketing and software provision services only.

9.6. By participating in any event advertised or marketed through our platform, regardless of its branding, users agree to look solely to the venue owner and/or event operator for any claims, damages, or liability arising from their participation in such events.
